Mangalore (Akil Ahmed) Police administration has become fully alert to ensure that Kavad Yatra is conducted peacefully. Caste and objectionable songs will be completely banned on DJs played during Kavad Yatra. Along with that, police administration is also continuously taking action on high height of DJ. DJs can be played on highways only on the basis of set standards. Mangalore Police took action against ignoring the standards and removed the Kavad DJs that reached Mangalore Gud Mandi and sent them away. Police took action against many DJ owners and served them notices. CO Mangalore Vivek Kumar said that high height DJs coming for Kavad in Haridwar district have been banned. CO Mangalore along with police force has removed dozens of DJs standing in Mangalore Gud Mandi from the vehicles. This time Haridwar district police does not want to show any kind of negligence regarding Kavad Yatra. The fixed limit of DJ will be measured at the Uttarakhand entry gate only after that people will be allowed to enter Haridwar.
