Congress candidate’s nomination cancelled, huge anger among supporters, MLA made serious allegations against BJP

Mangalore. Mangalore MLA Qazi Nizamuddin said in a press conference that the Election Officer has strangled democracy by cancelling the nomination papers of Mangalore’s chairman candidate Chaudhary Islam and the two nomination papers filed with him as part of a big conspiracy. He said that this day will be seen as a black day. When all three nomination papers of the same candidate were cancelled whereas in all the previous elections no objection was raised in this matter. The candidates on the basis of whom the nomination papers were cancelled have contested the municipal elections four times and have been elected twice. While making allegations, he said that it is also necessary to get the details of the Election Officer’s phone so that it can be known that in the meantime, the leaders of which political parties called him and on whose instructions this big conspiracy was carried out. Accusing the BJP, he said that they carried out this conspiracy to take revenge for the Mangalore by-election. MLA Qazi Nizamuddin clearly said that this is a well-planned conspiracy of the Bharatiya Janata Party under which the nomination of the winning Congress candidate was cancelled.

Jhabreda MLA Virendra Jati also said that the cancellation of Chaudhary Islam’s nomination was a conspiracy of the BJP.
