Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami gave appointment letters to the assistant accountants of Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation and Higher Education Department selected through Uttarakhand Public Service Commission at the Chief Minister’s residence. Appointment letters were given to 88 assistant accountants in the Forest Development Corporation and 08 assistant accountants in the Higher Education Department on Saturday.

While congratulating all the selected Assistant Accountants, the Chief Minister said that they should work by maintaining a regular routine right from the beginning of their work. When we do any work with honesty, duty and in public interest, it gives us self-satisfaction. He said that by the grace of God you have got the opportunity to serve the public. Work with honesty and dedication for public service. He said that the country has entered the golden age of independence. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has set a target of making India a leading country in every field by 2047. All our youth will play an important role in this.

The Chief Minister said that to make this decade the decade of Uttarakhand, the state government is working rapidly in every field with public cooperation. With public participation, the state government is moving towards the progress of the state. Along with employment, self-employment is also being promoted rapidly in the state. Requisitions for recruitment processes have been sent to the Public Service Commission and Subordinate Services Selection Commission through various departments. Recruitment processes for many posts are in progress. Industries are being promoted rapidly in the state. Among the investment proposals received by the state under Destination Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit, first priority is being given to those in which local people will get more employment opportunities.

On this occasion, Higher Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, Chairman Forest Development Corporation Kailash Chandra Gahtodi, Vice Chairman Higher Education Upgradation Committee Dr. Devendra Bhasin, Secretary Higher Education Shailesh Bagoli, Additional Secretary Ashish Srivastava, Managing Director Forest Development Corporation S. P. Subudhi was present.
