Chief Minister conducted surprise inspection of ITDA
The arrangements of CM Help Line 1905 and Integrated Command and Control Center were reviewed.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conducted a surprise inspection of ITDA on Wednesday. During the inspection, the Chief Minister took stock of the arrangements of CM Help Line 1905 and Integrated Command and Control Centre.
The Chief Minister heard the problem of Shri Lal Singh, a resident of Pachyona village of Almora district, from the control room of CM Helpline. He instructed District Magistrate Almora to immediately take cognizance of the complaint and resolve it. Mr Lal Singh had complained on CM Helpline 1905 that his ration card had been canceled by the Food and Civil Supplies Department without any prior notice. Due to which they are not being given ration by the regional ration dealer. While talking to Lal Singh, the Chief Minister said that his problem will be resolved soon. He has instructed District Magistrate Almora that their problems pending at the level of District Supply Officer Almora should be resolved soon.
During the inspection, the Chief Minister also inspected the traffic arrangements from the Integrated Command and Control Center of ITDA. He instructed all the officers engaged in traffic arrangements that all the traffic arrangements should be kept strong. Action should also be taken as per rules against those who violate the rules. During the inspection of the control room of CM Helpline 1905, the Chief Minister told the personnel working in the control room that whatever phone calls are coming related to the various problems of the people, talk to the people politely and listen to their problems and the department to which it is related. If you have a complaint, send it to the concerned departments as soon as possible. The Chief Minister himself conducts a detailed review of CM Helpline 1905 every month. During the inspection, the Chief Minister also took stock of various activities of ITDA.
On this occasion, Secretary R. Meenakshi Sundaram and Vice President MDDA Banshidhar Tiwari were also present.
