District Information Officer was instructed to make better coordination with press representatives.

Haridwar – District Magistrate Mayur Dixit today did a surprise inspection of City Magistrate Office, District Information Office and Sub Treasury located in old Tehsil Devpuram and got information about the work being done in these offices.

During the inspection of City Magistrate Office, the District Magistrate inspected all the desks and instructed all the desk assistants that all the files should be maintained properly and the work and problems of the common people coming to the City Magistrate Office with their work and problems should be resolved promptly.

During the inspection, the District Magistrate got information about the pending cases in the City Magistrate Office and instructed the City Magistrate to ensure that all the old pending cases are resolved on priority.

While inspecting the district information work, the District Magistrate has instructed the District Information Officer to establish better coordination with the press representatives and to widely publicize the public welfare schemes run by the Central and State Government through the administration.

The District Magistrate also inspected the sub-treasury and took information about the work done in the treasury, he has instructed the Assistant Treasury Officer to promptly resolve the work of the common people coming to the sub-treasury.

During the inspection, City Magistrate Mrs. Kushm Chauhan, District Information Officer Ahmed Nadeem, Additional Information Officer Rati Lal Shah, Peshkar Anshul Chauhan, Protocol Assistant Pramod Pant, along with concerned officers and personnel were present.
