HR and CEOs of 60 renowned companies of the country gathered at SGRRU

Dehradun – National HR Summit 2024 was organized by the Placement Cell of Shri Guru Ram Rai University. CEOs and HR of renowned companies, establishments, industries and business world of the country participated in the National Summit organized by the Placement Cell of the University. HR experts from various states of the country including Pune, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Chandigarh, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune arrived to participate in the National Summit. Representatives of the Employment Office of the Uttarakhand Government also attended the program. Professional HR experts from renowned companies across the country gave tips to the students to prepare as per the market demand. They shared their experiences while highlighting the trends in accordance with the demand of the industry and the market and the best qualities of effective leadership.

The HR Summit organized at Patel Nagar Campus of Shri Guru Ram Rai University was inaugurated by Chief Guest Jitendra Mudliar, Advisor, Skill Development Mission and Employment Department, Government of Uttarakhand, Special Guest Kshitij Doval, Founder of Uno School of Management, Special Guest HR Manish Kumar of Fran Connect, Registrar of Shri Guru Ram Rai University Dr. Ajay Kumar Khanduri, Co-ordinator Dr. R.P. Singh and Dr. Manisha Manduli by jointly lighting the lamp.

President of SGRR University Srimahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj congratulated the organizers and also motivated the students to participate enthusiastically in such employment-oriented conferences.

Vice Chancellor of the University Professor Dr. Yashbir Diwan said that such programs enhance the expertise, skills and capabilities of young professionals. The university has always been ready for the welfare of the students. He said that the youth should focus on their goals along with studies. The youth should be committed to live up to the trust of their parents and teachers, only then will they be able to truly ensure their participation in nation building.

On this occasion, the Registrar of the University Dr. Ajay Kumar Khanduri while addressing the students said that the students should not be limited to bookish knowledge but efforts should always be continued so that some new inventions, new creations and ideas can inspire the society. He informed about the placements programs being run by the university for the students.

University coordinator Dr RP Singh said that unemployment is a wrong concept and unemployment can be eradicated by focusing on basic education and fundamental education. He provided important tips to the students to choose the right career.

Jitendra Mudliar, Advisor, Skill Development Mission and Employment Department, Government of Uttarakhand, said that students should develop the quality of entrepreneurship within themselves. He said that educational institutions, technology and industry should work together for the future and career building of the students. He advised the students to enhance their skills as per the market demand. He also urged the students to enhance their technical knowledge, and motivated them to adopt self-employment instead of looking for a job, as well as gave information about the self-employment schemes run by the Government of India.

Giving information, the coordinator of this program, Dr Manisha Manduli said that HR experts and CEOs of 60 well-known companies from all over the country have reached Summit 2024. He gave the opportunity to the students of the university to gain knowledge of skill development along with interview on a single platform of Shri Guru Ram Rai University. He gave tips to the students to be prepared according to the demand of the market. On this occasion, Chief Proctor and Spokesperson of the University Manoj Tiwari, Director of IQAC Professor Dr. Suman Vij along with Dr. Divya, Dr. Kirti, Kapil Goyal, Dr. Deepak Som, Rakesh Panwar and Deans, Heads of Departments and Faculty members of various departments of the university were present.
