Manu Bhaker will hoist the Indian flag at the closing of Olympics-2024
Dehradun (Amanullah Usmani) Manu Bhaker, who created a record with her shooting in Paris Olympics-2024, will once again make the country proud. Manu has been given the responsibility of flag bearer on behalf of India in the closing ceremony of the Olympics. For this, Manu will leave for Paris with her coach Jaspal Rana, the golden boy of Uttarakhand.
Hockey team goalkeeper PR Sreejesh will take over the responsibility of flag bearer along with Manu, who won two bronze medals in shooting, in the closing ceremony to be held on August 11. Jaspal Rana’s father and Uttarakhand Rifle Association President Narayan Singh Rana said, Manu will go back to Paris with her coach Jaspal. He said, this is a matter of pride for Uttarakhand along with the whole country.
This will encourage the shooters of Uttarakhand. Told, on the occasion of the Olympic closing ceremony, a special program will be organized at Jaspal Rana Shooting Institute in Paunda.
Let us tell you that Manu Bhaker has learned the tricks of shooting in Doon, the capital of Uttarakhand. Jaspal is Manu’s personal coach. Manu Bhaker lived in Dehradun before the Olympics began.
For about one and a half months, Manu was trained by Jaspal Rana, famous as the Golden Boy of Uttarakhand, in the shooting range built at Jaspal Rana Shooting Institute in Paunda, Doon. Before the Olympics began, Manu participated in two camps of 12 days each in the shooting range.
