Dehradun: In a grand ceremony organized by the All India Agrawal Sammelan, Uttarakhand, at the Dolphin Institute, Manduwala, Dehradun, Prof. Dr. Himanshu Aeran, Vice Chancellor of Rash Behari Bose Subharti University, Dehradun, was honored with the “Agraratna Bhushan Samman.” This honor was given to him for his outstanding contributions to the field of education, institutional leadership, and social work.
The event was organized to commemorate the birth anniversary of Agrakul Shiromani Maharaj Agrasen Ji. A large number of eminent citizens, academics, social workers, and industrialists from across the state participated in the ceremony.
Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal was the chief guest, and former Cabinet Minister of the Uttarakhand Government, Premchand Agrawal, was the special guest. Both guests praised the work of Prof. Dr. Aeran. Praising him, he described him as a “living source of inspiration” in the field of education.

Former Cabinet Minister Premchand Agrawal described Dr. Aron as an educationist who has integrated education with Indian culture and ethics. He said that Dr. Aron’s work is a matter of pride not only for Uttarakhand but for the entire country.”

At the event, E. Vibhor Aaran, a young and visionary industrialist from Rishikesh, enterprising entrepreneur, and proprietor of Aaran Luminaries, was honored with the “Special Guest of Honor.” He was awarded this honor for his innovative contributions to energy efficiency, green technology, and the lighting industry.
E. Vibhor Aaran is a young entrepreneur who, at a young age, has achieved remarkable success in the fields of technological innovation, green energy solutions, and sustainable development. His company, “Aaran Luminaries,” has pioneered energy conservation and environmental protection through modern lighting technology in many parts of the country, including Uttarakhand.
In his address, E. Vibhor Aaran said, “The young generation should move forward not just in seeking employment, but in providing employment.” Only innovation and self-reliance will lead India to a ‘developed nation.'”
His inspiring speech filled the youth present at the event with new ideas towards self-reliance, startup culture, and green development.
At the end of the program, several senior officials, including Shri Roshan Lal Agarwal, National Organization Minister, Yogesh Agarwal, State President, Rajkishore Jain, State General Secretary, and Moti Diwan, State Treasurer, greeted the honored personalities from the stage.
