This kit, which will be given as a gift, will include clothes, milk, dry fruits, sugar, vermicelli and rice. Uttarakhand Waqf Board Chairman Shadab Shams said, this decision has been taken in the online meeting of the board.
According to the Chairman of the Waqf Board, clothes will be given in the kit for mothers, sisters and daughters. The CEO has been instructed in this regard. It has been decided that this kit will be made available by all the Waqf committees. Committees which do not have adequate arrangements for this. Large committees will cooperate with those committees for this. The office of the Waqf Board can also be contacted for this.
It was also decided in the board meeting of the Uttarakhand Waqf Board that a large number of people are living in Waqf properties at very low rent. These people will now be charged rent on the basis of circle rate. At the same time, action will also be taken against illegal occupants. The government will soon nominate two members in the Waqf Tribunal to take action against them. MLAs Shahzad, Raumstef Ali, Manavvar Hasan, Ziya Naqvi etc. were present in the meeting.
According to Uttarakhand Waqf Board President Shadab Shams, hundreds of acres of Waqf Board land is being encroached. A complaint will be filed in the Land Fraud Committee to take action against such people. At the same time, there is illegal encroachment in Sahastradhara Crossing Azad Nagar Colony. Which will be removed and apartments, schools and hospitals will be built for the economically weaker people at this place.
